Cards on the table: I have been up to my balls in work this weekend. Between taping two podcasts, a writing project, and prepping articles for the next two weeks, it’s been a little hectic. How have I been coping? Two special ways: the new Netflix series Stranger Things (which is amazing and I’m completely in love with it in all of its shitty-80s parenting glory), and a boatload of food. Really, whatever weight I’ve shed, I’m fully expecting it to come roaring back at me.

Deviled eggs will be the death of me.

This week, there are some treats coming.  I’m going to give my thoughts on the Ghostbusters remake after having viewed it. We’re also going to go to camp with the cult classic Sleepaway Camp. We’ll round out with a recommendation for Robin Hood: Men In Tights, but wait, that’s not all! Nika Black has something to say this week, so you’ll hear from her on Friday. It’s going to be an entertaining week to say the least, so hop on board and have a good time.
