We’re into a wicked heat wave all over the country, and, per usual, I’m sitting indoors, typing away.

This week, we’re changing it up a little bit. On Monday, we’ll see a special post for a site I’m working with, called That’s Not Current. It goes live tomorrow, and I could not be more proud of being a part of it. To celebrate, I’m going to type some words. On Wednesday, you’ll be treated to my thoughts on Beetlejuice, followed by a recommendation for the creepy film Felicia’s Journey on Thursday. Friday will see Nika Black visiting Defending Your Life.

So, some announcements.

Nope, not pregnant (everyone always thinks that first when they read the word “announcement” if a woman types it). I’m actually going to cut down a little bit on my output. Long story short: I’m working on some incredible stuff that I can’t share right now. I’d love to, but I simply can’t . Okay, maybe a little: I’m providing content to That’s Not Current. I’m also working on some other things that I can’t divulge at the moment. As such, I need time. Something’s got to give. As much as I’d love to be able to do everything, I simply can’t. I’m awesome, not perfect. What to expect from now on: posts on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from me, with coming attractions on Sundays. Nothing too crazy, but you’ve been forewarned.
