I hosted Nika and our friend Cate over for brunch today. I’m not entirely out of my food coma yet.

So this week has a bit of a change: I was planning on covering one film, and wound up going for something else. You see, I had yet to watch a Nicolas Winding Refn film yet (I consider it an achievement that I went so many years without doing so). This morning, I popped on Bronson while I was getting ready. We’re going to have to talk about Tom Hardy being naked in that one. Thursday will see a recommendation for Everything Is Illuminated. Friday, I’m giving Nika the day off for good behavior. Who says I’m not kind?
