A few weeks ago, I put out a want ad for writers that sounded a bit like I was trolling for sex. Thankfully, no one tried to sleep with me (hooray?). The good news is that in my time of sarcasm and need, I had not one, but two worthy contenders step forward. And folks, they’re totally real people. I didn’t even have to slap on a wig and write with a fake British accent. No sir. We’ve got live ones.

Our first new contributor is Talicia Tarver. Talicia is a mild-mannered librarian by day, intrepid horror watcher by night. I can vouch for the fact that she has many things to share with us (please read that in a Doug Bradley voice).

Our second new contributor is Nika Black. When asked to describe herself in ten words or less, she replied, “A Trans woman looking to raise awareness of Trans issues.” Nika will be heading up a segment called The Outgoing Transmission.

Both are going to get the chance to introduce themselves with their very own bios next week. Ladies, I feel lucky to have you both on board. Thanks for joining me in the backseat to give your own two cents on movies. We’re going to have fun. And you can totally eat in the car.
